Kandice Smith

Kandice has enjoyed a fabulous career as a hip hop dancer. Instructing hip hop since the age of 15 and having trained, auditioned, and performed in Los Angeles as a professional dancer for 5 years, has allowed her to develop into a premier dancer on the hip hop circuit. No matter where she goes, Kandice is always met with new opportunities to work with the top talent in the hip hop field today such as Brian Friedman (Britney Spears), Rino (Gwen Stefani), Kevin Maher (Missy Elliott), Teresa Espinosa (Janet Jackson), and Marty Kudelka (Justin Timberlake). Kandice has been given the opportunity to be apart of Carnival, a choreographer’s ball, and for the MVPA (Music Video Production Awards), representing Britney Spears ‘Overprotected’ video and R. Kelly’s ‘Snake’ video for choreographer Brian Friedman. Recently Kandice was chosen out of 1,000’s of hip hop dancers to be apart of the yearly Monsters of Hip Hop show in California. She has appeared in Dance Spirit and Dancer magazines, choreographed for the BYU Cougarettes and many Utah area high school drill teams, dance companies, and dance studios.
